How to install the Pokemon-Terminal on Ubuntu 17.10

In this video, I am going to show how to install Pokemon-Terminal on Ubuntu 17.10.

Pokemon-Terminal is an application for Linux and MacOS. It changes the background of any compatible terminal emulator ( iTerm2, Terminology & Tilix) into your favourite Pokemon. There are 719 unique Pokemon in this application.


Commands:

Open a terminal window
Install pip for python 3
sudo apt install python3-pip
Install git
sudo apt install git
Install a compatible terminal emulator (Tilix or Terminology)
sudo apt install tilix
Install the Pokemon-Terminal
Open Tilix terminal emulator
Go to Profiles > Edit Profile
Go to Color and change the Transparency
To show the help message type:
pokemon -h
To select a specific pokemon type:
pokemon name
To get a random pokemon type:
pokemon
