In this video i am going to show the installation process of Chapeau Linux 20 a 'remixed' of Fedora 20 after that i am going to do a overview of the operating system and show some of the applications pre-installed.
Chapeau is a 'remixed' build of the GNU/Linux distribution Fedora with a more relaxed approach to software licences.
The result is a media-ready, cutting-edge operating system with built-in access to third-party software sources such as RPMFusion, Google Chrome, DropBox, Skype, Adobe Flash & Oracle VirtualBox.
Chapeau is intended to be just as useful for advanced users as it is easy for Linux newbies. Aside the simple Gnome 3 desktop environment Chapeau includes pre-installed core packages to make the installation of new kernel modules pain-free, built-in remote & virtual system management tools and a selection of maintenance tools that come in especially handy when running Chapeau's live image on a DVD or USB drive to fix broken operating systems.
