How-to install ownCloud On UBUNTU 14.04

In this video i am going to show you how-to install ownCloud On UBUNTU 14.04. note that i am using this video http://youtu.be/xuhMQIpCP1A as my base install.


Commands
The how-to uses this video as is starting point

Open and edit the owncloud.list file
sudo nano /etc/apt/sources.list.d/owncloud.list

Add to the file
deb http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/isv:/ownCloud:/community/xUbuntu_14.04/ /

Save and exit
Ctrl+x

Download the ownCloud repository key
wget http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/isv:ownCloud:community/xUbuntu_14.04/Release.key

Install the repository key
sudo apt-key add Release.key

Update your repositories package lists
sudo apt-get update

Install ownCloud
sudo apt-get install owncloud

To access your owncloud and finish the installation go to:
http://yourserverip/owncloud

Create your admin account and press finish

Your data - under your control
With ownCloud you can sync & share your files, calendar, contacts and more.
Access your data from all your devices, on an open platform you can extend and modify.
