How to easily install the linux kernel 4.1 on Ubuntu , Linux Mint and Elementary OS

In this video i am going to show how-to easily install the linux kernel 4.1 on Ubuntu , Linux Mint and Elementary OS. And in case of something going wrong how to uninstall it.

Commands
Open a terminal window
Install git
sudo apt-get install git
sudo apt-get install git
Go to the tmp directory
cd /tmp
cd /tmp
Download the script
git clone https://github.com/ribalinux/uki
git clone https://github.com/ribalinux/uki
Go to the script directory
cd uki
cd uki
Give the script executable permission
chmod +x uki
chmod +x uki
Run the scrip
sudo ./uki
sudo ./uki
Reboot :)
In the terminal you can check the kernel version with the command
uname -r
uname -r
You can easily uninstall the kernel with the command:
sudo apt-get purge linux-image-4.1.0-*
